Application

The 9th annual Holmedale Art Crawl is Sunday June 8th,  2025  10 am to 5 pm,

To apply to participate in the Holmedale Art Crawl (HAC) you must have your location in Holmedale, submit an application, pay the non-refundable $30 fee and attach 2 images of your work.

The HAC area is described as between Brant Ave, Scarfe Ave, Grand River Ave. and Parkside Drive, Brantford.

Each HAC location is welcome to have up to three invited guest artisans at their spot. The guests need not live in Holmedale. Each guest must submit a separate application and pay the fee.

During the HAC all of the artworks/craft on display must be made by hand by the artisan (no commercial products).  All displayed artworks must be appropriate for a family friendly event.

The age for participating in the HAC as an Artisan is 18+. 

The deadline for application is Saturday March 15th.

Participants of the HAC are asked to promote the event.  Please post and share in social media. Tag us when you post and we will share posts. 

Postcards and printed flyers with the artisan list and map will be available for distribution by artisans leading up to the event. We will have maps available to give out the day of the event.  

Participants will be given a numbered sign with the HAC logo to put in front of their location for the day of.  Buttons are given to each artisan to identify them as a 'maker' (signs and buttons are to be returned the week after the HAC).

All  participating artisans must remain 'open' for the full day. 

The event is rain or shine.
