What is an art crawl?
An art crawl is like an art show, but the artworks are displayed at several locations. Visitors can bike, walk, scooter or drive between the stops to see the many artisans and what they have created. The Holmedale Art Crawl has a map and an artisan list to guide visitors to the many makers.
What is the date of the next Holmedale Art Crawl?
The 2025 Holmedale Art Crawl (HAC) is on Sunday June 8th, 2025, 10 am to 5 pm.

Where is Holmedale?
Holmedale is in the heart of Brantford Ontario. It is an old tree lined neighbourhood that is mostly residential with pockets of commercial spaces and industry. The Grand River runs along its southwestern edge.
How can I participate as an artisan?
Each artisan must submit an application, 2 images and pay the non refundable $30 fee to be considered. Artisans must reside in Holmedale or be the invited guest of a location in Holmedale.
*Please note that the age for participating in the HAC as an Artisan is 18+.

Deadline for application to the Crawl is Saturday March 15, 2025.
What are the boundaries for the HAC?
The locations are in the area described as between Brant Ave, Scarfe Ave, Grand River Ave. and Parkside Drive, Brantford.

Who are the organizers?
We are a volunteer committee of local artisans.
What are the suggestions for the images that we submit?
Images should be in focus and of good quality. They should make visitors want to come and see what you have made.
Edit pictures so that the focus is on what you make. Please, no people.
Use a good natural light. Be sure that the flash and shadows do not distort your artworks.
Please make the image title your last name as well as the image number ( 1 or 2)
